NH Grand Families

 NH Grand Families Inc was formed  after the founder reached out to all avenues for help with her grandnephew that she has been raising since his birth. Tired of hearing excuses of why they couldn't help, not receiving calls back and then realizing there were many others in the State who are also in the same situation. She decided to be the change that so many families need.

The state has fallen short on helping kinship caregivers. We are here to support  people raising others biological children.
